How exactly, is one supposed to be “true to your heart”?

i remembered, there was this song that came out, years ago, and one of the lines in it was “be true to your heart”. exactly what doe that mean, and how exactly do you do that? is that even realistically possible?
there are things id like to be true to my heart with. but i dont want to stop being logical and practical about things either. i guess im gonna have to find a balance.

Which P2P software gives album covers to most songs you download?

I have used Frost Wire and I seem to be getting like a 3% chance of getting an ACTUAL album cover to the song, some just give a cover of the website the song came from. I want a P2P that usually gives album covers to the songs you download, I know P2P isn’t iTunes, but which P2P comes close.

Can someone get hit by lightening if riding a bike with lightening in the area?

I heard one could get hit but nothing would happen cause of being on rubber tires.( Mountain Bike) Also thinking metal or aluminium would attrack lightening. Also riding in wide open spaces. Am I safe on the bike? Or What?
